Appointment Policy
We kindly ask you to respect our time as we respect yours!
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service cost.
NO-SHOW
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full cost (100%) will be charged.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the service in full.
If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full.
IMPORTANT
Please note that we work on a tight schedule, especially during busy seasons.
Late changes affect not only your appointment, but also other clients.

Purchasing and Shipping
Shipping Policy
We offer free expedited shipping for items purchased on our website when you spend 70 euros or more.
For orders under 70 euros, standard shipping rates apply, based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping distance. Our shipping rates are based on Posti and Matkahuolto rates.
Please note that from time to time, we offer special rates as part of promotions or seasonal campaigns, which may differ from the rates mentioned above.
Current Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Finland.
Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays may require an additional processing time of up to 24 hours.

Pick-Up at Helsinki Locations:
Kolmas linja 5, Hakaniemi, and Kalevankatu 38, Kamppi. Available on weekdays during salon hours. Free of charge.
Standard Parcel Post – estimated delivery time 2-3 business days from the processing
of your order*
Posti and Matkahuolto rates apply based on the recipient's address and the package's weight and dimensions.
*Delivery times may depend on the recipient's address, seasonality, weather conditions, pandemics, or other factors. Orders do not require a signature for delivery.
Taxes
All taxes are subject to applicable federal tax legislation.

Returns
Purchases made on our website can be returned to any of our two locations in Helsinki. Online purchases can also be returned by mail with a refund issued to the original method of payment.
For a full refund, excluding shipping costs, returns must be sent by mail within 7 days of the delivery date, with a proven postmark date.
Any returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Inspire Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse or adjust a refund.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
All hairbrushes, makeup brushes, body brushes, facial tools, and cosmetics are final sale and non-returnable.
Returning Items by Mail
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at inspiremanicure@gmail.com with your original order number and the reason for returning the item. Please note that these emails are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with detailed return instructions.
The standard procedure for returning items by mail is as follows:
You receive a confirmation email from us (please note that this is not final approval for a refund as we have yet to inspect the item).
You send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.
We inspect your items and either approve, adjust, or deny the refund. We will send you an email with our decision.
If we approve the refund, we will use the card that was used for the original purchase.
If the item was a gift, we will review the original purchase and offer an exchange or a digital gift card for our studio.
It is important that all items are in their original packaging, unopened.
If you plan to return the item to one of our salons in Helsinki, please bring valid photo ID along with the original method of payment. If the item was a gift, please arrange the return with our team by emailing inspiremanicure@gmail.com.
