This service includes: • Full removal of old gel polish from the nails, • Professional manicure with cuticle care, • A choice of either nourishing wax or strengthening Dior polish for healthy and well-groomed nails.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT POLICY We kindly ask you to respect our time as we respect yours! CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service cost. NO-SHOW If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full cost (100%) will be charged. LATE ARRIVAL If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the service in full. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full. IMPORTANT Please note that we work on a tight schedule, especially during busy seasons. Late changes affect not only your appointment, but also other clients.
